Hi!! I’m Jaden– a fourth-year undergrad at Cal Poly who loves exploring and learning about our oceans. After every SCUBA dive, swim, or run along the coast, I am ever so grateful to be able to live those moments and they continue to instill my passion for studying ocean sciences to protect such beauty.

At university, I study microbiology and aspire to pursue a career researching microbes’ remarkable influence on biological processes that promote a healthy ocean. Aside from academics… and my love for the ocean, I very much enjoy staying active by running or hiking around San Luis Obispo County. This website shares some of these interests and passions with sporadic SCUBA adventure highlights.
